The Student Personnel Officer coordinates and administers the Center’s Behavior Management System and Leadership Program in compliance with all DOL, corporate, and Center policies and regulations.
Responsible for the administration of the Student Incentive and Discipline Systems.

Experience
A minimum of one year of related experience or training is required. One year of experience working with youth or young adults.
Education
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in human services, juvenile justice, or related field. Experience and training may substitute for education.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Valid State Driver’s License.
