THE JOB:

As a Model/Bartender, you will be responsible for setting the stage for an excellent guest experience by pouring up exceptional service at Beau Rivage’s Black Clover Lounge. By understanding the guests’ unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING PAY: $10.50 an hour tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Consistently provide a positive guest experience by serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, proportioning ingredients according to standardized recipes, and provide food service as needed.
• Participate in modeling, presentations and promotions programs throughout the casino and resort if applicable
• Mentor and train Bar Porters on overall function of the bar, guest service and bartending
• Anticipate guest needs and respond appropriately, with a sense of urgency
• Maintain cleanliness and stock of the assigned area
