What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Project Manager/Superintendent position at BLACK ROCK BUILDERS?
High End Custom Home Builder looking to hire an experienced project Superintendent.
Must be Knowledgeable in General Construction, Attention to Detail is a Must. Superintendent must be able to translate and read House Plans, Plan Take Offs, ensure Accuracy of Details with Specs and Selections and Bid Projects. Must be Professional and Reliable, able to Communicate and Manage Schedules with multiple Subcontractors, Owner and Inspectors.
We take pride in each build from the ground up and have many custom homes that range in 2500sq ft to 9800 sq ft located in Cedar City.
Must have valid drivers license.

Pay Negotiable Based on Experience.
