The candidate we are seeking must possess the following:

• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced office
• Handle Multi-lined phones
• Efficiently schedule appointments, maximizing provider availability
• Comfortable with the coordinating patient treatment and collecting copays
• Knowledge insurance companies, benefits and dental procedures.
• Coordinate insurance benefits and financial arrangements.
• Dental experience a must!
• Previous sales experience and Dentrix software knowledge preferred.
• Exemplify our culture, values and commitment to patient satisfaction.
• Must be a team player! Ready to roll up your sleeves and get it done!
• Must possess leadership skills that motivate and energize the team and patients.
• Must work hand in hand with doctors and support staff to set and accomplish goals.
