You'll work closely with senior underwriters, assessing applicant creditworthiness, mitigating risks, and preparing files for their review.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Application Review:
- Analyze MCA applications to evaluate client financial health and creditworthiness.
- Check application documentation for accuracy and completeness.
2. Documentation:
- Organize and prepare files in our CRM for senior underwriter review.
3. Credit Analysis:
- Thoroughly analyze credit, including financial statements, bank records, and credit reports.
4. Risk Assessment:
- Identify potential issues or suspicious activity, reporting them to senior underwriters.
5. Communication:
- Collaborate with sales and account teams to clarify application details.
Requirements:
- While relevant experience or internships in underwriting or a related field are preferred, they're not mandatory. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Background and experience in accounting and banking are required.
