Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing top-notch service and support to ensure their blades are always sharp and ready for use. This role requires a high level of multitasking skills, exceptional communication abilities, and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary contact for our clients, handling incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries with the utmost professionalism and efficiency- Gather information from clients regarding their blade sharpening, repair, and replacement needs, and provide accurate and timely responses and solutions
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, transactions, and inquiries in our customer database
- Coordinate with the blade technicians and operations team to ensure timely service and delivery for our clients
- Proactively reach out to clients to provide updates on their orders and address any concerns or issues they may have
- Work closely with the sales team to identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide informed assistance to clients
- Resolve customer complaints and maintain excellent customer satisfaction ratings
- Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve customer service processes and procedures
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; some college or specialized training in customer service or hospitality is preferred- Proven customer service experience, preferably in the hospitality or service industry
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to empathize, remain patient, and handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Strong multitasking and time-management abilities, with the ability to prioritize and work efficiently to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in using customer service software, such as Zendesk or Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suite
- A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to go above and beyond for our clients
- Flexible schedule to accommodate occasional evenings and weekends, as needed
