Blaise Alexander Family Dealerships is looking for an Automotive Sales Consultant to join our growing team!
- There isno experience neededbut its preferred for this position. We provide a training program for all unexperienced employees.
A Day in the Life of an Automotive Sales Consultant (but not limited to):
Approaching and talking to customers who enter the dealership lot
Listening and asking questions to determine the customers needs and wants in a vehicle
Provide knowledgeable information and demonstrate features of suitable inventory
Ensure the customer understands the paperwork, warranty, and vehicles
Closes sales by overcoming objections, asking for sales, negotiating prices, and completing sales and purchasing contracts
Cultivates buyers by maintaining rapport with current and previous customers
Qualifications include but are not limited to:
Valid Drivers License
HS Diploma or Equivalent
Interpersonal skills and comfort with meeting new people daily.
Ability to contact customers, complete sales, and manage other tasks independently
Time management and prioritization skills to meet deadlines
Excellent oral and written communication skills
