Compensation :
51,500 at plan commission
Responsibilities :
- Answer inbound calls from prospective buyers / sellers
- Perform follow-up calls in a timely manner
- Achieve productivity, appointment setting, and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) and cold calling
- Rigorously prospect for new business and follow up with leads in your pipeline - provided by the company
- Developing business opportunities within specific geographies served by our team of expert Agents
- Stay fully abreast of the evolving real estate market
- Accurately track and convey productivity and sales metrics to management
- Learn and apply vital leadership skillsets in a team environment
- Participate in regular training and education requirements
