Responsibilities
- Maintain and update financial records in accordance with GAAP standards.
- Manage accounts payable, including processing invoices and payments.
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial statements.
- Utilize double entry bookkeeping methods to record transactions accurately.
- Prepare financial reports as needed for management review.
- Assist with month-end close processes and ensure timely reporting.
- Utilize financial software such as quickbooks.
- Conduct regular audits of financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
