Position Overview
We are seeking licensed therapists with a variety of specialties to join our growing team in Olympia. The ideal candidate will have experience utilizing evidence-based practices to achieve successful client outcomes. This hybrid role includes both in-person and Telehealth sessions.
Specialty Areas of Interest:
We are hiring therapists with expertise in diverse areas, including but not limited to:
- Child, adolescent, and family therapy
- Couples and/or sex therapy
- Adult mental health
- Neurodivergent-focused care
- Trauma-focused modalities (e.g., EMDR, Brainspotting)
- Art/play therapy

Compensation & Benefits:
Earnings Potential: Licensed therapists can expect annual 1099 earnings ranging from $100,000 (25 weekly clients) to $124,500 (32 weekly clients). A minimum caseload of 20 clients per week is required. Higher earnings potential exists based on performance and schedule flexibility.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide individual therapy sessions
- Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation
- Track client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted Washington State license (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT)
- Ability to manage a caseload of at least 20 clients per week
- Personal malpractice liability insurance (required)
- Experience with electronic health records (preferred)
- Telehealth experience (preferred)
- experience with insurance claim submissions
- Insurance credentialing experience (preferred)
- Active NPI number and CAQH profile (required)
Position Timeline:
The position is available starting March 2025 to accommodate credentialing timelines. Earlier start dates may be possible for candidates with private-pay clients or current credentialing.
