We’re seeking results-driven and motivated Sales Development Representatives (SDR) to help us scale and achieve our ambitious growth targets. As an SDR, you’ll be responsible for identifying and generating new qualified opportunities through outbound prospecting efforts. This role is crucial to the success of our sales team, as you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, driving engagement and setting the stage for successful sales conversions.

Responsibilities:
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Proactively identify potential customers through targeted outreach, including cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn. Research prospects to understand their pain points, needs, and business challenges.
- Qualify Opportunities: Engage decision-makers at all levels within target organizations, assess their needs, and qualify them as sales-ready leads for the Account Executive (AE) team.
- Meet & Exceed Targets: Consistently achieve or surpass monthly goals, including contact creation and meeting targets.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Client Success, etc., to align on key initiatives that drive growth, improve customer outcomes, and support company-wide objectives.
- Continuous Learning & Improvement: Participate in ongoing sales training and development programs to enhance your skills. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to improve prospecting techniques and sales conversion.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
- Experience: 2 years in a sales or customer-facing role, with SaaS and outbound prospecting experience required.
- Self-Starter: You’re proactive, take initiative, and are driven by results. You’re comfortable with cold outreach and thrive in a target-driven environment.
- Resilient & Resourceful: You can handle rejection with a positive attitude, adapt to change, and are eager to find creative ways to overcome challenges.
- Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and communicate value clearly.
- Collaborative: You enjoy working as part of a team, sharing insights, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
