OVERVIEW
Our client is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to help keep their 3,500-unit apartment communities in Orange County in top shape! The ideal candidate is self-motivated, customer-focused, technically skilled, efficient, and technologically proficient. This position services multiple properties.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Handling repairs: Troubleshooting and fixing issues with appliances, HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Preventative maintenance: Conducting regular checks and maintenance to prevent problems.
- General upkeep: Taking care of basic repairs like fixing floors, walls, and other building elements.
- Vendor management: Identifying when to call in specialized contractors for bigger jobs.
- Documentation: Keeping detailed records of all work done.
- Customer service: Providing excellent service to residents and other stakeholders.
- Property upkeep: Maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the property.

WHAT IT TAKES
- 3 years experience in property maintenance and customer service.
- Tech-savvy with good computer skills.
- A strong communicator.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Able to work independently.
- A self-starter with a positive attitude.
