What You’ll Do:
- Complete plumbing repairs for multi-family, commercial and/or industrial sites
- Complete sewer repair work and septic installs
- Establish customer rapport and help the Customer make an informed and intelligent choice
- Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans
- Maintain a clean, organized service truck with inventory
- Participate actively in all training exercises & morning meetings
- Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations
- Be accurate and timely with invoices, timecards, curbside feedback and option sheets
What Makes You Great?
- 5 years of service plumbing experience
- Plumbing license, preferred
- Experience in excavation and jetting
- Customer-focused with good communication skills
- You have strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, accountable, values high integrity, and a competitive spirit
- Experienced with Service Titan
- You’re professional; neat, clean, punctual and courteous
- Drug-free workplace
