Job Description:
Blue Legend Swim School is looking for responsible front desk personnel with good communication skills. The main responsibilities include providing Blue Legend customers with high-quality sales, check-in, customer service, registration and communication work. As the first person to contact customers, the front desk staff is responsible for showing the company's positive and enthusiastic image.
Job Responsibilities:
· Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or take down messages
· Follow up with customers on their inquiries
· Help students register new classes
· Answer customers questions and address complaints
· Greet guests and provide them with superb customer service
· Help students and parents sign in in the attendance system
· Arrange and manage pool parties and supervise party members
· Help customers make a purchase
· Ensure the front desk area, small snack area, dressing area, toilet area, office, employee lounge and parent waiting area clean and tidy
· Check the mailbox and voice mail, and process the inquires on time
· Prepare class schedules for coaches and managers
· Make phone calls to solve account payment issues
· Observe safety rules and regulations to prevent accidents. Perform first aid when necessary.
· Perform other job responsibilities assigned by employers, and occasionally provide administrative support for managers.
Job Requirement:
· A minimum of two years customer service or office front desk experience
· Proficient with MS Office (Word, excel and other software)
· Experience with iClasspro software preferred
