Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating and executing events from concept to completion.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
- Source and manage relationships with vendors, venues, and suppliers.
- Create and maintain event timelines, budgets, and checklists.
- Support on-site event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and troubleshooting.
- Provide administrative support, such as preparing contracts and maintaining records.
- Ensure high-quality customer service and positive client experiences.
