Communications Specialist

Blue Sky is looking for a Communications Specialist to manage both internal and external communications. This position is responsible for enhancing the organization's reputation, building relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring consistent, high-quality messaging across various communication channels.
Responsibilities:

• Develop and distribute internal communications materials including newsletters, emails, and announcements.
• Coordinate media relations and manage the Institute's social media presence.
• Collaborate with leadership to align communication strategies with organizational goals.
• Provide support for crisis communication and special events.

Qualifications:

• Experience in internal communications and public relations.
• Proficient in social media management, writing, and editing.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications or a related field.
