Blue Star Welding is a heavy equipment repair and structural steel fabrication company located in Bellingham, WA
We are looking for a Field Repair/Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate would previous experience working on heavy equipment heavy equipment.
Requirements & Qualifications
You will use your skills to perform complex repairs on a regular basis.
- Must be able to travel to customer job site or repair/maintenance.
- Ability to detect issues and have the ability to repair and/or replace parts.
- Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools
- Must be able to weld.
- Strong welding/mechanical background
- Follow instructions and procedures.
- Complete project with keep track of all parts used.
- Keep your service truck clean (inside and out) and maintenance up to date
- Excellent communication with management and customers
- Ability to work under little or no supervision.
- Be Self-Motivated
- Must have a valid driver license

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
