Salary : Base salary with incentive bonus

Blue Stone Health & Wellness is seeking a passionate and skilled Advanced Practice Provider (APP), Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA), to join our dedicated medical staff in our Rural Health Clinic. This role is pivotal in addressing the healthcare needs of our medically underserved community, offering a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in rural health.

Advanced Practice Provider (NP / PA) Duties and Responsibilities :

Conduct comprehensive physical examinations for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.
Order and administer diagnostic tests, including blood work, and interpret results to diagnose health issues.
Provide effective management and treatment plans for a diverse range of health conditions.
Offer referrals to specialists as required for comprehensive patient care.
Maintain up-to-date patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in line with HIPAA regulations.
Perform various medical procedures (onsite training available for suturing, biopsies, steroid injections, etc.) for those interested in skill expansion.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care in a rural setting.

Requirements and Qualifications :

Current state NP or PA practitioner license.

In-depth understanding of HIPAA and OSHA regulations.

Proficiency in using EHR medical charting systems and computer-based data management programs.

Strong communication skills, empathy, and commitment to patient-centered care.

Eagerness to work in a rural health setting and address the unique challenges of medically underserved populations.
