BlueHalo is seeking a motivated individual to join our Corporate Information Technologies Department in an exciting role as mid-level IT Systems Administrator. The successful candidate will play a major role in supporting BlueHalo customer service needs while helping to maintain several key technologies and/or services. Initial primary focus will be to provide superior customer service to all BlueHalo employees across multiple sites. Customer support will involve, but is not limited to, end user device provisioning, tracking, troubleshooting, and the installation and repair of hardware & software. Additional responsibilities will include assistance with maintaining user account creation, ensuring access to Azure Office 365 and related environments. Initial secondary focus will be to become familiar with, and help maintain, all key servers, technologies, and/or services offered to our customer base. Candidate will have shared responsibility of setting up and maintaining server systems to include Windows and Linux. Prior experience in setting up virtual and physical server systems will be required. Ability to take on new technologies will also be required. It is imperative this candidate possess a strong work ethic along with great communication and technical skills. The successful candidate will be very team focused with a strong desire to seek the inclusion of other team members.
