Restoration Project Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restoration Project Manager to oversee and manage restoration and reconstruction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, a background in construction management, and the ability to effectively communicate with clients, contractors, and team members to provide an Exceptional Customer Experience. This role requires a keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of restoration projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and expectations for each project.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and final delivery of restoration projects.
• Utilize project management software such as Xactimate, Encircle and Company Cam.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to guide construction efforts.
• Collaborate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure quality workmanship.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
• Prepare project contracts and documentation in compliance with industry standards.
• Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices.
• Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpretation.
• Familiarity with project management software including Xactimate, Encircle, Matterport, Docusketch and Company Cam is preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
• A degree in construction management or a related discipline is preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,500.00 - $83,300.00 per year
