Now Hiring! Join our Team! Blueprints is hiring for a Caseworker Position. The Caseworker will Possess working knowledge of the agency and the foster care program's organizational structure, goals and procedures. Maintain a caseload of 8-15 clients; establish positive relationships with each client and foster family; and ensure all program and treatment goals are being addressed and attained. Develop and implement an individual service plan for each assigned client through collaboration with foster care staff and placing agency representative. Complete any corresponding written documentation and billings pertaining to this activity.
