BlueSkies for children is a national model for early care and education, and is the only child care center in Oakland accredited by NAEYC, providing a balanced program of nurturing and enrichment all day and all year for children from infancy through age five. - This is a full-time position and the hours will fall between 8:15am and 4:45pm, Monday through Friday.

- 12 units of ECE (AA or BA preferred)
- 1-3 years’ experience in Early Childhood Education
- Experience working in a play-based program where children are guided in a flexible, subtle manner

- Ability to work in a flexible and creative way, adapting to changes
- Strong communication skills
- Skills working in a collaborative team environment
