Contact Center Agent

As a Member Service Center Agent, you will be tasked with answering incoming phone and video calls, emails, chats and texts and making outbound calls. Throughout your time with us you will gain useful skills and the knowledge that will help you grow your career with us or another financial institution. Many members of our current lending, management and marketing staff were promoted into their current roles. What we look for in a potential employee is someone that is organized, can multi-task, has a willingness to learn and help and, most importantly, can build relationships with our Bluestone FCU members and staff.

Hours are typically between 8:00AM and 6:00PM, Monday through Friday.

Rotating Saturdays 9:00AM to 12:00PM.

We match 401K contributions up to 6% (traditional or Roth) and have an annual profit sharing distribution. All employees start with an accrual of 15 days of Paid Time Off, are eligible for Holiday pay (generally 11 per year) and get their birthday off!

Qualified candidates should have excellent communication skills, be detailed oriented, work well with others, have a high school diploma and be able to pass a background and credit check to the company’s satisfaction.

Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.

Pay varies depending on experience starting from $18.00 per hour.
