Job Title: Vice President
SUMMARY
The Vice President is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the operations of a branch office. This includes managing sales, business development, customer relationships, project management, and administration. The successful candidate will have full profit and loss responsibility for all facets of their location and will be accountable for leveraging the BluSky brand to develop relationships with industry professionals.
Key responsibilities include training, coaching, motivating, and leading team members to meet sales, revenue, and customer service goals. The Vice President must manage overall P&L at the office level to drive profitability, meet or exceed overall office sales, revenue, and EBITDA goals, and manage expenses to established budgets.
Additional responsibilities include supporting sales teams in developing new business opportunities, identifying and fostering professional trade partner relationships, and implementing business development activities and relationship building.
The ideal candidate will have 5 years of insurance restoration experience, 3 years of management experience, and strong business development experience with a proven track record of success.

Requirements:
- 5 Years Insurance Restoration Experience Preferred

- Valid Driver's License and Satisfactory Driving Record
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or Equivalent Experience Required
Travel:

Compensation:
BluSky offers a competitive base salary ranging from $95,000 to $175,000, a bonus plan for eligible positions, and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, paid time off, disability coverage, and job-specific equipment.
