General Description:
Responsible for preparing and providing food and beverages, beer, wine, and other alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Pouring and serving beer and wine
- Follow safe food handling and service practices at all times
- Greeting, engaging, and serving guests seated at the bar
- Clearing and cleaning tables as they are vacated
- Wiping up spills
- Keep the bar area cleaned and well stocked
- Restocking items consistently throughout shift
- Assist server and other Front of House staff with beverage orders
- Listening and responding to guests' requests and complaints
Job Requirements:
- Must have a current food handlers permit
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Previous restaurant service experience is a plus
- Must be able to lift and carry 25 pounds
