BMW of Ridgefield is searching for a talented and motivated Digital Marketing Manager to run all marketing functions in our Ridgefield, CT dealership. This is an advanced level position focused on giving our customers an exceptional experience from the start of their automotive shopping process online until the vehicle is delivered, all the way through their ownership experience in our Service department. A successful candidate must understand that the marketer’s job is to bring prospective sales and service customers into the Dealership using the most effective means available.

Responsibilities
Responsible for dealership websites including daily updates/monthly specials; creating landing pages and writing content for new products/specials
Responsible for all dealership communications in digital, print media and other media as needed; develop data based, targeted emails, enewletters and other communications focused on selling vehicles and increasing service and parts business
Responsible for enhancing the digital retailing process in the evolving automotive industry
Responsible for all social media communications and content for the dealership, including social media advertising
Responsible for overseeing the inventory presentation online, including pictures, descriptions and options with focus on pre-owned vehicles
Maintaining review sites such as Google, Facebook, and Yelp, including responding to reviews and handling issues as they occur
Managing all marketing related vendors; evaluating alternatives and identifying and testing new technologies; determine effective use and spend for SEO and SEM
Overseeing the appearance of the dealership on the lot, in the showroom and all other areas of the dealership to ensure an outstanding experience for the customer at all times
Maintaining high levels of product knowledge as BMW continues to change its product line up
Working with department managers to develop new marketing strategies, ideas and campaigns
Reporting on success of campaigns for department managers weekly, monthly and annually to improve strategies
ROI reporting analysis for website and lead sources
Creating marketing materials for online, print and other media; including direction and editing of videos for Service, BMW owners and to present inventory/specials
Organizing in house and external events such as Sales Events and Community Activities
Understanding corporate and co-op requirements and work to maximize benefits
Creating and managing the marketing budget for the dealership
Guiding the team members in the Marketing Department and overseeing productivity, training and development
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree, Master a major plus
Minimum of 3 years marketing/communications experience
Ability to work independently and supervise effectively
Experience with the automotive industry a major plus
Work ethic focused on attention to detail

Experience working with Marketing agencies a major plus
