What are the responsibilities and job description for the Set-up Operator position at Bo-Mer Plastics?
Bo-Mer Plastics is currently seeking skilled, motivated individuals who are eager to start a career with a progressive and growing plastic fabricator.
We have immediate openings in our thermoforming and CNC departments. The positions are multi-faceted and include the setup and operation of forming machines, CNC mills, and various assembly operations. Candidates must have a keen eye for detail to ensure that parts meet our quality standards and conform to customer needs.

Mechanical skills
Use of basic hand and power tools,
Ability to work with others as a team,
Excellent attendance,
Willingness to learn,
Strong communication skills
Hours are Monday through Friday from 7:00am - 3:30pm with overtime as needed.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED at a minimum.
Preference will be given to those with related experience.
