What You'll Do:
Client Engagement & Business Development:
- Meet with pre-scheduled, pre-qualified clients—no cold calling required.
- Present tailored retirement planning strategies, converting prospects into lifelong clients.
- Educate clients on conservative financial strategies, focusing on asset protection and income planning.
- Recommend fee-based AUM solutions and fixed-indexed annuities as primary financial tools.
Sales & Closing:
- Achieve a closing rate of 30-35% by effectively communicating our value proposition.
- Guide clients through the decision-making process, emphasizing secure, risk-managed retirement solutions.
Team Collaboration & Leadership Potential:
- Work closely with our Medicare and health insurance agents to provide holistic financial solutions.
- Contribute to marketing strategies and help shape the firm’s long-term vision.
- Explore leadership roles as the financial services division grows.
- Compliance & Professional Development:
- Maintain active licenses (Series 65 and Life & Health Insurance License).
- Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in retirement planning.
What You Bring:
- 3 years of experience as a financial advisor, wealth manager, or similar role.
- Series 65 License (or willingness to obtain).
- Proven ability to close financial planning business.
- Strong consultative sales skills and comfort asking clients to move their money.
- Knowledge of fixed-indexed annuities, AUM strategies, and fee-based advisory platforms.
Preferred:
- Life and Health Insurance License (or willingness to obtain).
- Background in financial services, retirement planning, or insurance-based advisory roles.
Compensation & Growth Potential:
- Monthly Minimum Guarantee: $10,000 (not a traditional draw).
- Commission: 20-25% of revenue from client solutions.
- First-Year Goal: $10 million in Fixed Index Annuity (FIA) premium.
- Long-Term Opportunities: Significant growth potential as we expand toward $1 billion in revenue.
