Boho Baby is a consignment store for children, specializing in carefully-selected clothing, footwear, outerwear, maternity, baby gear, décor, accessories and toys. We strive to make the shopping experience convenient and enjoyable for children and caregivers, offering top-notch customer-service and amenities. Inventory is brought in daily by sellers/consignors. We also carry new gift items for baby curated from small makers. Heavy emphasis is placed on aesthetic and vibe, and we are seeking team-members who can contribute to Boho Baby's welcoming, upbeat environment.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- greeting and checking out customers, store upkeep, running inventory to the floor, organization, opening/closing procedure, customer-service, intake.
Education:
HS Diploma or equivalent required. Some college preferred.
Experience:
Customer-service experienced required. Familiarity and comfort interacting with children and families required (those coming from early childhood education/education fields encouraged to apply). Retail-experience preferred but not required.
Skills:
Seeking individuals who are positive, hard-working and reliable. Flexibility a must. Ability to "go with the flow" and see where help is needed in the moment. Ability to work with a team required.
Availability:
Weekdays, closing shift and weekend availability required.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.50 - $22.00 per hour
