Responsibilities
- Conducts and visits job sites where inspections are required.
- Communicate at a high level with customer regarding claim status.
- Performs physical labor and utilizes tools in order to deliver superior outcomes (i.e., new, used, rebuilt parts).
- Communicates with production on necessary repairs.
- Timely escalates claims more than authority level to management for review.
- Ensure timely, accurate and consistent file documentation.
- Anticipates and meets all customer needs.
- May conduct door install classes.
- May travel to job site for replacement and / or repair of warranty work.
- Demonstrate strong commitment to safety, quality, environmental awareness, and continuous process improvement.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications : HS Diploma, GED or two (2) years equivalent work experience. Requires clean driving record.
Preferred Qualifications : Typically more than five (5) years of experience in related job function.
