Supply Parts Driver: Responsible for driving the Boland delivery truck (box van) for the purpose of shipping and receiving of merchandise or supplies. Loading and unloading of merchandise at each scheduled stop in accordance to the delivery invoice or client receipt, as well as obtaining required signatures from the appropriate person. Responsible for the daily transfer route between all parts stores and Boland offices. This requires reviewing of transfer paperwork, loading and unloading of supplies, parts, and interoffice mail. During downtime required to assist the warehouse coordinator or at any of the parts store locations with activities such as receiving, stocking and staging of merchandise as well as clean-up of workspaces and other duties.

Essential Duties:

• Deliver goods to Boland Supply stores and clients

• Determine address where packages are being delivered

• Check for potential damage

• Loading of merchandise

• Inspect and maintain vehicle, adding fluids (such as oil) as needed

• Ensure inventory load matches shipping paperwork and is secure in the vehicle

• Present receipts as required for deliveries and obtain required signatures

• Responsible for pulling, staging, delivering, and unloading of parts, equipment, and supplies

• Practice safe material handling techniques

• Manage receipts, inspecting and stocking merchandise

• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Must have a valid driver's license and excellent driving record

• Must have minimum 6 months of previous delivery driving experience

• Punctual, detail oriented, organized, problem solver, motivated, alert, self-starter

• Personable, easy-going, approachable, prompt, adaptable to change, quick worker, stays on schedule

• Great communication and writing skills

• Experience with HVAC or related business preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Regularly required to use hands to operate computer keyboard, phone, reach with hands and arms

• Frequently required to stand, walk, and sit

• Occasionally required to climb ladders or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl

- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, peripheral vision, depth -perception, and ability to adjust focus

• Must regularly lift and/ or move up to 25lbs, frequently lift and/ or move up to 50lbs, and occasionally lift and/ or move more than 100lbs with a device

• Able to independently deliver goods to locations
