What are the responsibilities and job description for the Software Implementation/Data Conversion Specialist position at Bond-Pro?
This is a techno-functional analyst role where you will translate clients’ needs as they relate to data flows and conversions. Your duties will include gathering, analyzing & defining the requirements to include data sources, data fields, data mappings/transformations. Must have experience with ERP financial module implementations (MS D365 F&O, Oracle Financials, SAP FICO) and the associated data mapping, validations, etc.
Duties also to include addressing any relevant problems, performing standard testing, and chaperoning your assigned features throughout data conversion projects.
Requirements:
- 5 years of demonstrable SQL skills.
- Experience working in IT groups within US commercial insurance or financial services industries.
- Demonstrable experience with enterprise-level data conversion/software implementation projects.
- 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or other customer-facing software project position.
- Excellent customer interface skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
- Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tool to manage requirements in Scrum hybrid process.
