What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Development / Customer Service Representative position at Bondy's Nissan?
Preferred candidate is someone who can handle multi tasking in a fast paced environment, be well organized and have excellent typing skills. This position is responsible for answering in bound calls, influencing & scheduling sales and service appointments while notating all communication in software programs, and handling various customer service responsibilities in order to set sales appointments to reach goals. Ability to perform light hand activity work at a computer/telephone station in an office environment necessary. Previous “up selling” or sales experience preferred, but not required. Hourly pay plus bonuses, paid vacation, 401K with matching, BCBS Health & dental.
Skills/Qualifications: Proficient computer keyboarding and navigation skills are required. Must be willing to work rotating schedule and alternating Saturday's. Candidates must have the ability to learn in classroom and self paced situations. Must be very courteous with a strong customer service orientation, professional voice tone and communication skills. The position requires highly dependable people with proficient attention to detail. Good listening and responding skills. Must be a High School Graduate or GED Equivalent.
