Job Title: Full-Time Office Manager (Immediate Need)
Pay Rate: $23 - $25/hr, DOE
Schedule: Tuesday - Thursday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Bonney Staffing is seeking a proactive and adaptable Office Manager for a fast-paced, shop environment in Windham. This role supports construction and project managers.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee QuickBooks Online (QBO) system for accurate financial tracking and reporting.
Perform billing, expense and vehicle matching, and reconciliation.
Monitor and manage cash flow to maintain financial stability.
Handle payroll, hiring, and benefits administration with precision and care.
Administer 401k and perform basic HR functions.
Utilize Microsoft Office, Teams, and Google tools proficiently.
Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications:
Intermediate to advanced experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google platforms.
Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
Experience with 401k administration and basic HR functions.
A proactive, adaptable mindset that thrives in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
