NOTICE OF EXAMINATION FOR THE POSITION OF
ENTRY LEVEL POLICE OFFICER
Heidelberg Borough is now accepting applications for a full-time police officer until 12:00 PM Tuesday December 31, 2024, at the Heidelberg Borough office located at 1631 E. Railroad Street, Heidelberg, PA 15106, 412-276-0363. Applicants must have successfully completed Act 120 training and are eligible to take the MPOETEC state certification examination, be a United States Citizen, at least (21) years of age, physically and mentally fit to perform the duties of a Police Officer and possess a valid motor vehicle operator’s license
issued by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Applications and instructions are available at the Borough Office between 9 AM and 3 PM. Completed applications are to be returned in person to the Borough Office. Dates for a required physical agility test and written examination to be determined.
