POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Dishwasher role is responsible for maintaining a clean kitchen, properly washing and sorting dishes, and performing other related kitchen duties as needed. This position requires a motivated hospitality professional who is organized, passionate, and retains both a strong team-centered work ethic and a positive attitude. You will be an integral part of our service team who sets the stage for a memorable experience. You have a passion for the food and beverage industry and you strive to assist the hospitality team in provide exceptional hospitality to our guests.

Regular attendance and prompt arrival to shifts is essential to the successful performance of this position. Employees with irregular attendance will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the restaurant. At this time, the restaurant is open from 5 pm to 1 am on Thursdays – Sundays but will be opening during additional hours in the future, with pre-opening and after closing duties. This role is anticipated to start at 4 pm each day. In addition, attendance at all scheduled training sessions and meetings is required.
