Join the World of Bowling! Here at Bowl 360, We pride ourselves on excellent guest experience. As a Customer Service Desk Attendant, you are the first point of contact for our facility. This position is front line of support for customers, and you help ensure that customers are satisfied with services. We are looking for customer focused, detailed oriented individuals who can overcome any issues our guest is facing. You must be reliable, outgoing, and be able to maintain an upbeat attitude. Cross train for all positions as time allows.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting, welcoming, and directing guests
- Maintain an upbeat attitude, remaining focused on customer needs
- Manage the waitlist
- Track availability and assign lanes, shoes & other equipment
- Operate our POS system, central panel, computers, and P/A system
- Answering and forwarding incoming phone calls
- Verify that lanes are cleaned and sanitized before directing guests to it
- Verify credit card information matches the same customers ID before processing
- Verifying no counterfeit bills are collected
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints or contact management for unresolvable issues
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
- Process sales transactions, Accept payments
- Complete all daily tasks, as assigned on daily job duties, game room, glass doors, garbage removal, dropping balls, wiping monitor screens, etc.
- Keeping Ping Pong room safe and free from damage, including paddles, balls, floors, couches, tables, etc.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol
- Proficient in English (oral and written)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Problem-solving skills
- Customer service orientation
- Ability to stand for long periods of time, bend, twist, and lift over 50 lbs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
