Join our team and be part of the excitement in our GameZone and attractions area. As an Attractions Attendant, you'll be at the heart of the action, delivering a WOW experience for our guests and ensuring their time with us is safe, fun, and unforgettable.
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet all guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude to create an outstanding experience.
- Assist guests with questions, inquiries, and redemption merchandise requests.
- Monitor and maintain attractions and the GameZone, ensuring they are safe, clean, and operational.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues with machines when possible, and log unresolved issues for follow-up.
- Keep the attractions area clean, organized, and hazard-free at all times.
