Job Title : Sales Representative (Inside & Outside) Location : HeadPinz, Bowland, and FastTrax Entertainment Centers Purpose : The Sales Representative drives revenue by managing event inquiries, building relationships, and prospecting new business opportunities. This role combines inside and outside sales responsibilities to deliver exceptional guest experiences and showcase the capabilities of HeadPinz, Bowland, and FastTrax Entertainment Centers. Responsibilities : Handle inbound sales inquiries and act as the primary contact for private event clients. Upsell services like catering and entertainment packages to enhance client experiences. Prospect new corporate and group clients through cold calls, networking, and outreach. Conduct site tours and presentations to secure bookings. Build brand recognition by representing the company at local events, trade shows, and community engagements. Maintain accurate client records, track leads, and report activity in CRM software. Collaborate with the Sales Manager to meet revenue goals and execute sales plans. Qualifications : Strong communication and negotiation skills. Proven sales or customer service experience; event planning is a plus. Self-motivated with excellent time management and the ability to work independently. Familiarity with Southwest Florida’s business landscape is a plus. Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel within Charlotte, Lee, and Collier counties.
