Position Title: Membership Coordinator
Type: Part-Time
Location: Thomas H. Lutsey Unit (1451 University Ave, Green Bay, WI)
Schedule: During the school year: Monday - Thursday (1-7pm) and Fridays (1-6pm) and on non-school days & in the summer: Monday - Friday, 7am - 3pm
Salary or Wage: $15.00/hour, based on experience
As a Membership Coordinator, you will be is responsible for maintaining the front desk, providing quality member service ensuring the safety of Club members and maintaining all membership functions including data entry. This position works closely with our members and families, navigating questions and concerns, managing behaviors and providing administrative support to the Clubhouse.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the safety, security and appearance of the front desk.
- Greet, monitor and track all visitors.
- Answer all phone calls.
- Communicate and disperse information about upcoming events and activities to members, parents and the public.
- Maintain supplies for facility and front desk.
- Maintain accurate records relating to application intake, daily and program attendance, parent information, and member files.
- Ensure that daily attendance is accurately recorded, documented and reported to administration as required.
- Maintain monthly data and membership reports, daily for reports as needed for program support and grant requirements.
- Monitor entire membership enrollment process, assuring that all applications are complete and required supporting documents are complete.
- Monitor sign in process.
- Maintain member management database.
- Collect membership fees with applications and issue paid receipts.
- Secure all monies collected and prepare deposits daily.
- Safe and lawful operation of Club vehicles in accordance with the Driver Safety Policy.
Skills and Knowledge
- Fluency in Spanish (speaking & writing) is preferred
- High school Diploma or GED equivalency required.
- Ability to work with youth and families.
- Knowledge of transportation safety.
- Ability to work evenings.
- Ability to work effectively with Club staff, organizations, community groups and individuals.
- Accurately understanding the spoken communication of others and composing clear, concise and accurate written material.
- Demonstrate record of independent work, problem solving and time management skills.
- Enjoy working with a variety of people (volunteers and paid staff).
