Responsibilities:
- Plan and lead engaging activities for children and students in various areas such as sports coaching, theater, childhood development, and tutoring.
- Provide guidance to promote positive behavior and character development.
- Create a safe and inclusive environment for all participants.
- Implement behavior management strategies to ensure a productive and respectful atmosphere.
- Collaborate with other staff members to develop and execute activity plans.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, participation, and progress.
Skills:
- Experience working with children and students in a professional and recreational setting.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff members.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices.
- Ability to adapt activities to meet the needs and interests of diverse groups.
- Excellent organizational skills to plan and coordinate activities effectively.
