We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Mobile Service Advisor. At Bozard Ford Lincoln, we prioritize your growth and development.
Responsibilities include focusing on Excellent Customer Service, adhering to group policies and procedures, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, while working with our field specialists.
Job Duties include but are not limited to:
Contacting customers in a timely, friendly manner.
Establish rapport and develop meaningful relationships with our customers.
Ability to multitask and complete paperwork in timely manner.
Finding the win-win solution to problems
Proactively solicit feedback, ask clarifying questions and resolve issues in a non-confrontational way.
Ability to perform as part of a larger team and work independently to schedule and prioritize your work.
Listen to customers’ concerns and accurately transmit them to Field Specialists.
Schedule appointments for automotive repairs and maintenance.
Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
Provide estimates for repair costs and inform customers of any additional services needed.
