Role Description
We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will manage the entire real estate transaction process from contract initiation through closing. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to keep transactions on track are essential in this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain transactions
- Understand computer/tech systems and general real estate contracts
- Maintain email templates for standard client/attorney/agent information
- Process earnest money and closing documents
- Understand all paperwork
- Schedule with clients, inspectors, attorneys, etc.
- Coordinate closings
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle issues proactively
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with a high level of attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor in high-pressure situations
- Knowledge of real estate operations and regulations
- Previous experience in real estate is not required but is preferred
