Responsibilities:
Inbound and Outbound Communication: Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages from potential customers interested in our automotive products and services. Initiate outbound calls to follow up on leads and inquiries.
Customer Relationship Management: Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while building rapport with customers. Provide accurate and detailed information about our vehicles, financing options, promotions, and dealership services.
Lead Generation: Identify potential buyers and capture their contact information. Record and update customer data in our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
Performance-Based Sales: Meet and exceed performance metrics and targets, such as call volume, lead conversion rates, and appointments set. Compensation is based on your performance.

Requirements:
