FAMILY NURSE PRACTITIONER FNP JOB DESCRIPTION

- Work with a team of providers and support staff.
- This provider will be treating all age groups.
- Manage a patient panel and able to see on average 20 patients per shift.

FAMILY NURSE PRACTITIONER FNP JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Diagnose and treat complex and acute primary care medical conditions
- Perform comprehensive evaluations including histories and physicals
- Order diagnostic laboratory and radiology tests
- Develop and implement patient management plan of care
- Prescribe medications as appropriate
- Perform timely documentation of medical records
FAMILY NURSE PRACTITIONER FNP JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Graduate of accredited nurse practitioner program
- Minimum of 3 years of similar experience
- Experience managing a patient panel
- Have an interest or a history working in a CHC setting
Salary : $110,000 - $135,000
