What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part time Sales Associate position at Bradley Caldwell Inc?
Our Part Time Sales Associates will be responsible for interacting with customers and other associates, will help support sales targets, and perform assigned tasks while providing exemplary customer service. No experience is required, but retail experience and / or pet, equine, wild bird, or lawn & garden knowledge is strongly preferred. Applicants must be 16 years of age or older. Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday and any flexible 4-hour shift during the week. This is an in-house position, no remote work.
Requirements : Operate a cash register / computer; Assemble merchandise; ability to lift 40lb. bags repetitively; Perform basic janitorial duties; Execute price changes / markdowns; Assist customers with loading purchases & other job duties as assigned.
Shift : Must have the ability to work varied days, weekends, and holidays.
