Brady is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Data Scientist to join our growing R&D Device Analytics Team. This individual will spearhead our efforts in utilizing advanced analytics to drive key business decisions and foster innovation. The Data Scientist will apply a strong foundation in statistics, machine learning, and AI to create innovative solutions, work alongside a skilled team of analysts, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders throughout the organization.
Requirements:- Collaborate with a team of analysts, providing guidance, support, and fostering professional development of the team in areas of your expertise.
- Develop and implement sophisticated statistical and machine learning models to address complex business challenges, including customer segmentation, churn prediction, fraud detection, and demand forecasting.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis employing a variety of techniques, such as exploratory data analysis, hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and time series analysis.
- Design and execute A/B testing and other experimental designs to assess the effectiveness of new products, features, and marketing campaigns.
- Oversee the building and maintenance of data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure data quality and accessibility for analysis.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., product marketing, engineering, operations, finance, etc.) to identify opportunities for data-driven enhancements and translate business requirements into analytical problems.
- Clearly and effectively communicate intricate analytical findings and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences through compelling visualizations, presentations, and reports.
- Stay at the forefront of advancements in AI, machine learning, and data science, identifying opportunities to apply new techniques for enhanced business outcomes.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the team's strategic vision and roadmap.
