THE OPPORTUNITY

Requirements

• 5 years experience in web and mobile UI/UX, with hands on experience using software like Figma or InVision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to articulate ideas, concepts and design decisions.
• Experience working closely with developers to bring products to life.
• Acute attention to detail.
• Have some knowledge of the finance ecosystem, including traditional finance and DeFi.
• Have some experience in frontend web and mobile technologies.
• Have some experience with tools like Canva, Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator etc
• Ideally, be willing to work in-person at our London office for a significant portion of the workweek.

What you’ll be working on

• Work with Product and our Development team to build world-class web and mobile interfaces.
• Understand the business vision and make sure our designs align with that vision.
• Champion best practices in UI/UX, keep abreast of new design systems and make sure we have a consistent design language across all external interfaces (websites, web-apps, mobile-apps).
• Create pixel perfect mockups, design prototypes and assets that can easily be translated into CSS and React components.
• Assist in the preparation of external presentations and marketing materials by taking a lead in the creative direction of the company.
