Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the automotive shop, ensuring high standards and quality service.
- Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations to foster a positive work environment.
- Implement inventory control measures to minimize waste and optimize supply usage.
- Coordinate with current and new fleet to foster a flourishing relationship.
- Monitor financial performance to achieve operational goals.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the shop and customer waiting area.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of inventory control practices to manage stock levels effectively.
- Proven ability to managing service department and coordinating with fleets and vendors successfully.
- Excellent team management skills with a focus on team leadership and development.
- Familiarity with budgeting principles to ensure financial accountability within the operation.
- Ability to build new relationships with possible fleets.
