Braman Honda Palm Beach is currently seeking an experienced full time Receptionist to join our team of professionals.
Essential Functions of Braman Honda Showroom Receptionist/Greeter
- The primary responsibilities of an automotive receptionist are to provide excellent customer service experience to customers.
- Answer all incoming calls from a multi-line switchboard, determining nature of the call, and directing callers to appropriate person or department.
- Greets showroom customers/vendors and determines the nature of their visit.
- Directs customers to the correct department, notifies the appropriate person that a customer is waiting and introduces the customer to a salesperson.
- Log calls, produce daily and weekly/monthly reports
- Assist management with various clerical duties
- Maintain a positive working relationship with all customers, lenders, vendors, manufacturers and employees and set an example of professionalism.
- Other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- Communication Skills: Dealership receptionists require excellent oral communication skills to effectively communicate customers’ interest needs and requests to management and sales personnel; as well as written communication skills for filing and documentation
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Professionalism: must present a professional personal appearance at all times and a polished communication style
- Phone Handling Skills: They require appropriate phone handling etiquette for polite conversation with customers and prospects; and for promptly and efficiently handling a multi-line phone system
- Computer Skills: They require intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
- Excellent customer service skills
- 1 years receptionist/concierge experience
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced atmosphere
- Working knowledge of computers (MS Word, Excel, etc.)
- Professional attitude and attire a must
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
- Dealership hours of operation: Monday through Friday: 7:30 am – 9 pm, Saturdays: 7:30 am – 8 pm and Sundays: 11 am – 6 pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
